Hardware

• Intel or AMD processor
• Support for OpenGL 3 or higher

Operation system

• For Windows:

  • 64-bit Windows 10 or 11

• For Linux (experimental):

  • Only officially supports Arch Linux
  • Some third-party launchers (like Lunar/Badlion) require a workaround to allow injecting into. Note that this restriction does not apply to the Windows version.

Minecraft version

Slinky supports the following Minecraft versions:

• 1.7.10 (Vanilla and Forge)
• 1.8.9 (Vanilla and Forge)

We attempt to stay compatible with third-party clients such as Lunar and Badlion too, but since we are not affiliated with them, it is always possible for them to release an update in the future that breaks compatibility.
