The majority of errors are caused by antivirus/firewall software. We recommend adding exclusions to Windows Defender (if you use other firewall/antivirus software, you may need to add exclusions there too).

We ask that you also include the reason for your refund, so that we can try to help resolve any issues you have first.

We currently only offer 30/90/360-day licenses. It is not possible to purchase any other duration.
